LEGAL REPRESENTATION BEFORE THE GERMAN AND FRENCH COURTS
As a French and German lawyer registered with the Strasbourg and Fribourg Bars, Jochen BAUERREIS is authorised to represent clients of ABCI Alister before French Courts (in particular the Commercial Courts, the Court of First Instance, The Court of Appeal) and German Courts (in particular the Landgericht and the Oberlandesgericht).
Jochen BAUERREIS regularly defends his clients’ interests in debt recovery actions, Court expert survey proceedings, summary judgment applications as well as proceedings on the merits with regard to all aspects of commercial law (i.e. disputes between contractual counterparties, product liability, unfair competition, disputes between partners).
Jochen BAUERREIS also handles enforcement proceedings before French and German Courts with regard to judgments issued by EU Member State Courts.
All procedural documents are drawn up in the official language of the Courts seised and can be translated at the client’s request (into French, German, English or Spanish).
