PREPARATION, ORGANISATION AND LEGAL REPRESENTATION IN INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION AND ADR (ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION)
As a specialist in arbitration law and by virtue of his experience as the General Secretary of the French National Executive of the European Court of Arbitration in Strasbourg, Jochen BAUERREIS has significant expertise in the field of ADR and in particular arbitration and mediation at an international level.
He advises his clients when finalising dispute resolution clauses as well as arbitration clauses and assists them when putting in place ad hoc arbitration and acts for them in arbitrations before specific institutions and principal arbitration centres in France, Germany and abroad (ICC arbitration, European Center of Arbitration and Mediation in Strasbourg, the Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit).
Jochen BAUERREIS also acts as an arbitrator in ad hoc arbitration proceedings as well as in institutional arbitration.
