Since 2010, Jochen BAUERREIS is a lecturer at the Strasbourg Management School on the Masters course for cross border business administration. He gives classes and lectures on Franco-German company law and international law, for example lecturing on the legal concepts of international contracts and general conditions as well as the incorporation and effect of arbitration clauses in international contracts.
The Strasbourg Management School was founded in 2007 by the merger of the IECS (Institute for Higher European Commercial Studies) and the Strasbourg IAE. It is a member of the Conference of grandes écoles (elite university schools) and the national association of the IAE network. It is the sole Business School registered in a university setting and provides forty or so courses in the field of management.
The Strasbourg Management School educates its students by way of various programmes such as Grande Ecole Programmes, University Masters, International Bachelor of Arts, Executive Education and Doctorates.
