In addition to the legal optimisation of international distribution contracts through the inclusion of jurisdiction and applicable law clauses, Jochen BAUERREIS is involved in particular with the prevention and resolution of disputes between contracting parties relating, for instance, to actions for compensation by a commercial agent or an action for damages arising out of a repudiation of the contract (particularly pursuant to Article 442- 6, I, 50 of the Commercial Code as a matter of French law).
