On 15 November 2013 Jochen BAUERREIS took part in the Med-Mid VII conference in Rome organised by the Centre of European Arbitration and Mediation and the European, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern School of International Arbitration and Mediation on the topic of “The Centre of European Arbitration and Mediation and the European, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern School of International Arbitration and Mediation”. Jochen gave a speech on “Distribution and franchise disputes before the Courts, arbitrators and mediators.”
Furthermore, in his capacity as General Secretary of the French National Executive, in charge of the national and international registrar in Strasbourg for the European Court of Arbitration he represented the French delegation and the Strasbourg Bar at the annual meeting of the ECA.
