Lassausaie

Jochen BAUERREIS was invited on 7 April 2014 by Guy LASSAUSAIE to enjoy an excellent business dinner at the Restaurant Guy Lassausaie in Chasseley (Rhone).

Here is one of Guy Lassausaie’s dessert creations: “A dacquoise of fine leaves of bitter chocolate and hazelnuts in a black forest style with a morello cherry sorbet”.
